Hi Johnboy, These last three clips were well worth waiting for:- a]to see JP again; b]to conclude the storyline and give us all piece of mind in so far as JP now knows he wasn't responsible for Kieran's death; and c] to allow a proper farewell to the family. This ties it all up, although doesn't distract from the pain of losing such great characters, brilliant story-lines and tasty actors. All of which have been well provided for by your generous and much appreciated service. Once again thank you so much... and in those immortal words of JP "take care,'Johnboy' yeah, I guest this is goodbye".

EXCLUSIVE: John Paul films extra 'Hollyoaks' stint Friday, August 15 2008, 15:25 BST By Kris Green, Soaps Editor John Paul films extra 'Hollyoaks' stint Hollyoaks' actor James Sutton has returned to filming with the Channel 4 soap for a number of shock scenes which will air after his official screen departure. The 25-year-old, who plays John Paul McQueen in the Chester-based show, announced his decision to quit the soap in June for pastures new. He filmed the final scenes of his character's storyline arc last month, but agreed to make a brief comeback for a plot which takes place following his on-screen exit. A Hollyoaks source told DS: "We're thrilled James decided to come back for the episodes. It's like a McQueen family reunion on set but under very different circumstances - John Paul's presence is simply the icing on the cake. "The cast and crew are currently filming on location for a number of huge episodes and we're sure that the storyline's twists and consequences will definitely come as a shock to viewers." Sutton's post-departure scenes are due to air mid-October.

Whilst deliriously happy about the sunset ending and knowing JP will at last be happy, one cannot but cry with sorrow that such a great character and storyline has come to an end. I hope you'll be there for us, in 3 weeks time, when JP makes that guest reappearance. But in the meantime my heart felt thanks and appreciation for what you've done for so many of us this past year or so. Cheers johnboy and take care.
